The Gelatist is a brand owned company which began in 2013, based in Rome within an artisan gelato kitchen. The initial investment, the quality of service and products, and the store concept have proven to bring immediate achievement in profitability. It was within the following years that a handful of locations were opened including Poland, Ireland, and Saudi Arabia.
OUR TEXAS GELATO FAMILY
The Gelatist family here in the U.S. have always been admirers of genuine gelato which were the beginning footsteps that led to our Texas shop today. After a year of studying various gelato and dessert chains abroad, our family owned and operators here in Houston fell in love with The Gelatist family quality and values. It has been with these values and a promise to continue the true Italian quality that has led to the first and only American location. We thank all of our customers for their buisiness and invite everyone to come and enjoy our gelato, pastries, and coffee.
